I'm Kara Lehmann, the founder of The Beauty Boss VA. I have been exactly where you are. Working full time with 3 small children at home, I knew there had to be a better way. So, I decided to take the plunge, quit my job and launch a Virtual Assistant business specifically for the hair and beauty industry.
I didn't have a strategy or a plan, but I knew I had so many skills and first hand experience running a 7 figure beauty salon.
Over the last 3 years I have hit the ground running with an online business that is flexible around the lifestyle I desire with my family. I launched my business 3 months prior to the pandemic and to say I was nervous was an understatement. However, I knew I could be there to support the industry so I worked hard to build relationships and support my clients as best I could during this time.
Fast forward 6 months and I was completely booked out and constantly in demand. I couldn't help everyone, so I built my business into a team. From there, over the next 2 years we hit multiple 6 figures all while navigating a new normal for the industry.
I have learnt so much over the 3 years and have learnt many lessons, failed many times but always had the belief that anything was possible and that I would make my dreams a reality. I am here to now share my knowledge and expertise in growing a successful Virtual Assistant Business.
My mission is to help take away the overwhelm and assist you to do the same, so that you are equipped with the tools and knowledge to hit the ground running.

I love that I can work as I need to around my busy day-to-day life as a busy mum of three.
